Background
Sinergi8 is a newly established subsidiary of an IT consulting company, created to serve its own target market and specialize in distinct service offerings. As a new company, Sinergi8 primarily acquired clients through direct business outreach, resulting in limited brand awareness and the absence of an official website to represent the company online.
The Challenge
Without an official website or other online presence, potential clients had no centralized source to learn about Sinergi8, its expertise, and its service offerings. The challenge was to establish a strong online presence that not only promoted the company's services but also introduced the brand, built credibility, and encouraged potential clients to engage with the business.
With these objectives in mind,
How might we design a website that introduces Sinergi8, builds credibility, and clearly communicates its services to potential clients?
Design Process
1. User Journey
To better understand how potential clients interact with the website, I mapped the user journey from their initial discovery phase to the point where they are ready to make an inquiry. This helped identify key user needs and define the information hierarchy for each page
2. Information Architecture
Based on the user journey, I identified the key information users need throughout their decision-making process. The website should help users understand the company, evaluate its services, build trust, and eventually initiate contact. Based on these needs, I structured the website into four main pages:
Home: Introduces the company, highlights key services, builds credibility, and guides users to explore further.
About: Provides deeper insights into the company through its vision, mission, values, and previous clients.
Service: Explains the company's offerings in detail
Contact: Enables users to take action through an accessible inquiry channel.
3. UI Design
With the structure and content hierarchy established, I translated them into a user-friendly interface while aligning the visual design with Sinergi8’s existing brand identity, including its colors and typography.

Impact
The website design was officially implemented as Sinergi8’s company website, serving as its digital presence to introduce the company, showcase services, and provide an accessible contact channel for potential clients.
Lesson Learned

One challenge I faced in this project was adapting the design across different breakpoints. Initially, I did not establish text components and size hierarchy, so adjusting the scale between devices became more difficult than expected. This taught me the importance of building a design system early, where typography, spacing, and components are planned to be scalable from the beginning.

I also learned how to create more engaging experiences through animated prototypes. By exploring interactions and transitions, I gained a better understanding of how motion can help communicate user flow and make the overall experience feel more intuitive.
